21 Day Fix Results

 Results are in and I highly recommend the 21 Day Fix! Over the course of the 21 days I lost 9.5 inches, most of which was in my waist and hips. I also was able to shed 10 lbs! This is a great (& easy to follow) program for establishing healthy diet and exercise habits.As part of my journey to happier and healthier I've decided to become a Beach Body Coach. I'm excited to share my love of fitness and the beach body programs!
